Are you available for private events?

Absolutely. We love private events. Murray will work closely with you to make your event the best it can be. He’s had extensive experience with private events. In addition to music, he can help with announcements, break music and other things that keep your party running smoothly.

What if the act I want is unavailable?

It happens. People are very busy and sometimes a specific act is unavailable. All the acts affiliated with Murray Williams are fun and put on a great show. We will let you know which acts are available for the date of your event. Acts won’t be substituted unless we discuss it with you first.

Do you know how to play this song?

Murray Williams and affiliated acts are happy to learn up to two songs for your event. We will do our very best but some songs just don’t work with the make up of the act. If we can figure something out … we’ll give it a shot.

If it’s absolutely necessary for the song to be just like it was recorded by the original artist, we’ll be happy to play the pre-recorded original song over the sound system.

Do you provide sound?

Yes. All acts affiliated with Murray Williams can provide sound that’s appropriate for parties up to 150 attendees. We’re happy to recommend great sound companies for larger events. The sound we provide is for the band. We do not provide general event sound.

Do you provide lights?

Yes, but our lighting is appropriate for small parties/venues. The lighting is for the band. We do not provide general event lighting. If your event is larger, we can recommend great lighting companies.

How much will it cost?

Ahh, the big question. We don’t post prices on our site but we’re happy to discuss it with you. Click the ‘Book a Show’ button at the top of our site and tell us about your venue or private party and we’ll provide pricing. Clicking the Book a Show button does not obligate you to a show. It sends us a message and we’ll reply with an email to discuss details.

When is payment due?

Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon, payment is due on the day-of-show. We’re happy to send an invoice if your organization needs it.
